Building on Ohio’s manufacturing history, AeroHub is a planned, sprawling Mixed-Use Advanced Manufacturing and Innovation District designed for emerging industries and innovative technologies. AeroHub’s competitive advantage is that it retains and attracts advanced manufacturers and symbiotic businesses through a collaboration of training partners, research entities, and emerging businesses by providing an environment that promotes cutting-edge technologies and helps build a skilled workforce.

AeroHub Phase 1

·Comprised of 53 acres directly accessible to I-75 and immediately adjacent to GE Aviation, the worlds largest manufacturer of jet engines.

Comprised of 20+/- acres currently owned by Landmark Church in both Evendale and Glendale.

Extends AeroHub center core eastward to I-75.

Landmark Church to retain ownership and use of the existing Cemetery with potential plans to construct new facilities.

Roads, walking paths and infrastructure will be developed as appropriate.

Oak Road and east-west private road along northern edge of pond will be retained until a public street can be constructed.

Phase 2 is contingent on land acquisition and favorable zoning in Glendale.
AeroHub Phase 3
North of Glendale-Milford Rd

Located mostly in the Village of Glendale, adds land north of Phases 1 & 2 up to Sharon Road

Provides Blvd. connectivity to the City of Sharonville’s Northern Lights District which includes Princeton High School, the Sharonville Convention Center and several quality hotels and restaurants.

Continued Mixed use of Office, Advanced manufacturing, R&D is envisioned for this Phase along with potential for some retail/entertainment

Large green buffers will be retained along the perimeter of AeroHub bordering residential areas.

Chester Road would terminate in a cul-de-sac south of Sharon Road

Phase 3 is contingent on favorable zoning in Glendale (the land is currently zoned residential) and some property must be acquired for roadway/utility construction.
